The Embodiment Immersion Program is a transformational 12 week holistic fitness program. This program offers you the upmost convenience and support in order for you to achieve and MAINTAIN your fitness goals.
It is a deep dive into your authentic self through embodiment practices and fitness. The program focuses on your whole being: mind, body, and spirit. Together we use movement, mindfulness, breath work, and journaling practices to achieve the goals you set.
