It is a deep dive into your authentic self through embodiment practices and fitness. The program focuses on your whole being: mind, body, and spirit.  Together we use movement, mindfulness, breath work, and journaling practices to achieve the goals you set.

  • 3 online coaching sessions with me (to be scheduled throughout the 6 weeks, based on your needs/wants)

    • The fitness programming is catered to your specific needs and wants (gym/equipment NOT necessary)
    • Fitness programming includes: functional strength training, HIIT, Pilates, and restorative movement
